producer of luxury specialty papers, Fedrigoni UK, has launched its annual calendar that highlights creativity and innovation. The 2022 edition is divided into four volumes, each printed by a different print company. Volumes 1 to 3 are produced by Hampton, Kingsbury Press, and Team Impression, while Volume 4 is produced digitally using metallic ink by HP and Screaming Colour.
Next, Avery Dennison has announced the launch of a new certified portfolio of vegan labels. The label products do not contain any animal-derived components, while each item in the portfolio was created without animal testing. The company says its very proud to have received EVE VEGAN certification and considers it a ‘powerful symbol’ to how seriously it takes its commitments.”
Now, described as a flagship model in its ColorCut digital flatbed cutter range, Intec has recently added the new FB 9000 PRO to its portfolio. Combining cutting, creasing, perforating, and scoring in one pass, the machine also features an auto feeder and stacker for unattended operation. We spoke to Kerry Button, sales director of Intec about the new machine.
And finally, paper merchant, Premier, has announced a special campaign called “Young Explorers” to help primary schools throughout the UK. The initiative has been launched to coincide with the recent release of the ‘Explorer’ range of paper sold exclusively by Premier. The scheme will see nominated primary schools receive waterproofs and wellies to help with outdoor learning.
